We stand behind the quality of our products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we’ve got you covered.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

In the same condition you received it.
Hair products and grooming items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please contact us at support@saintluxofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
Simply start a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
